Welcome to B & K Services LLC. The owner saw a need for support - at a reasonable price - for small businesses, congregations and charitable organizations who are often under-staffed and under-budgeted. B & K Services was already providing website development and maintenance to a congregation, newsletter production and distribution to a congregation and bookkeeping and statement production to a small business. The owner also has seven years experience as an IRS certified tax-preparer. It was a natural step to offer the same to other interested parties.
Bookkeeping & Statement Production
Our Approach
- Work one on one with the responsible individual to identify a list of accounts and sub-accounts.
- Customers sends or provides opportunity once a week to update financial entries (sales, A/R, A/P, deposits, payments, payroll, etc).
- Statements are produced monthly for A/R for client to mail to customer.
- Payroll can be organized according to a biweekly or semi-monthly schedule.
- Monthly, quarterly and/or semi-annual Profit and Loss reports will be produced.
- Quickbooks is used as the accounting system. It works well for small businesses, religious congregations or charitable organizations.

Website Development & Maintenance
Our Approach
- Work one on one with the responsible individual to design the website that matches your vision for the website. It can be coordinated with with look of a newsletter.
- The customer provides for the website the content of each sub-directory and any pictures the customer wants included. B & K Services, as requested, will add additional pictures and graphics.
- B & K Services LLC will update the website as the customer provides new information.
- B & K Services LLC will administer site registration and hosting.
- The website will be produced using Dreamweaver and hosted by www.bluehost.com

Newsletter Production & Distribution
Our Approach:
- Work one on one with the responsible individual to design the template that matches your vision for the newsletter
- The customer provides for each newsletter the content of the newsletter. B & K Services personnel will ad graphics and pictures, if desired. Any and all pictures will be welcomed from the customer.
- The customer provides the mailing addresses (Name, Address, City, State, zip code and email address if to be emailed).
- Either gmail or i-Contact will be used to email the newsletter if that is the route of distribution.
- For mailed (USPS) distribution, B & K Services LLC can mail it for you (postage is an extra cost) or provide the customer with a master copy for the customer to reproduce and distribute.
